We specialise in Group Outdoor Personal Training that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Choose from cardio, kick boxing,toning and power flex to help reach your individual health and fitness goals - all under the guidance of your very own, highly qualified, personal trainer. We have sessions at various times during the day so there will be one to suit your schedule, as well as having 2 venues. The main one is in Burradoo and and secondary one in Robertson.
