    The Beachfront Holiday House & Cottage, located in Zilzie just 25km south of Yeppoon, offers fabulous waterfront accommodation surrounded by pandanus and coconut palms.

    The house has 2 bedrooms; one has 2 single beds while the main bedroom has a king size bed, both have built-in wardrobes. The upstairs mezzanine (accessible by ladder) has a double sofa. The house has a large balcony with outdoor furniture and it over looks the cottage

    The cottage at the front of the holiday house has a gorgeous deck with views over the ocean. The one bedroom has a King bed with an onsite. There is also an onsite BBQ area, and outdoor furniture.

    Set within gorgeous coastal gardens, the property has absolute beach frontage and is beautifully maintained.

    The Capricorn Region is a place where you can surround yourself in deep cool rainforests, marvel at nature in the wetlands, enjoy an island experience, snorkel the reef, hold a koala, play golf on one of the many golf courses, go fishing or sailing or visit a farm stay.

    1 Sandy Lane Directions Take the first bridge from south (old bridge) after you get to Rockhampton. Take the first turn right after crossing the bridge to Emu Park (Lakes Creek Road) Stay on that road approx 40kls heading toward Emu Park Take first turn into Hartley St (just after golf course) Follow that road straight do not vary right, road turns left at the end and you will see Reef St on the right and Sandy Lane is the beginning of Reef St. 1 Sandy Lane is on the left of the laneway..     We have stayed at Zilzie beachfront holiday house five times now and will definately be back. Nothing beats the proximity to the beach and endless sandy walks.
