Peterson Champagne House specializes in the production of premium sparkling wines made by the tradional Methode Champenoise system.

The sparkling wines made by Peterson House are big, rich and creamy in true, warm climate style. We also produce a wonderful, dry and citrus fruit driven Semillon Pinot méthode champenoise.

The Cellar Door is open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm. Our staff will welcome you, offering you a complimentary tasting at the bar, or a table where you may purchase a plate of superior Hunter cheese and olives to enjoy with your wine.
