Byron Bay Yoga is run by Sue Hawkins, an experience Yoga teacher teaching yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting, massage, pampering, well being and healing sessions.

Yoga means 'union'. To practice yoga is to unite the body with the mind and the mind with the soul.
