Getting There: Directions from Melbourne • 3 - 3 ½ hours from Melbourne • Take Western Freeway from Melbourne • Just before Ballarat (4 km past Kryall Castle turn-off) look for Exit to Ballarat City Centre and Hamilton (follow signs to 'Hamilton') • Go through Ballarat, via Victoria, Little Bridge, Sturt Sts, turn left at Doveton St, veer into Skipton St and turn right at second roundabout into Hertford St (which becomes the Glenelg Hwy) • 1 ½ hours from Ballarat on Glenelg Highway (B160), via Skipton and Lake Bolac • When in Dunkeld turn right at Police Station on Victoria Valley Rd (goes to Halls Gap) which goes towards the mountains We are just less than one kilometre along road on the left - look for the sign (before the school)
