Barrington Tops Salisbury Lodges is the closest accommodation to the world heritage listed rainforest. While staying at the lodges, you can enjoy bush walking, swimming in the local streams and rivers, wildlife spotting and horse riding.

Restaurant/Bar: The gourmet meals at this romantic retreat are prepared by chef Phillippa Augl with premium fresh local and Australian produce in a delicious hearty home style of cooking.
Local Area: Freeway North to either Raymond Terrace or Maitland and Dungog (Shopping Centre), left at Salisbury Sign in middle of Road to Caltex /shop. Turn right travel 8k past Barrington R.T.A signs to T-Intersection, Salisbury Rd turn left and follow for 29.30k. Travel time from Hornsby 2.5 hours approx. Travel time Dungog to Lodges - 30 minutes. Un manned office ring ahead from Dungog and advise arrival time please.

We paid $225 a night for a small cottage, which wasn't too bad but definitely not impressive for that money. A log fire took ages to start and filled the whole room with smoke.
