The Winery was built in 1993 to produce 1500 cases of premium wine per annum, also to function as a gallery. The building was drawn to compliment the existing heritage values of Undercliff and was built from a combination of local, recycled and modern materials. The external timber slab walls superbly set off the cedar cathedral ceilings and the exhibited etchings and paintings.
Much of the wine making equipment was built specifically for the space, as was a six metre table used for vintage lunches and other functions.
