Like most people in this city we prefer service without attitude, where personality is separated from ego. We stock an ever growing range of spirits, wines and beers, and are exceptionally proud of our unique in-house cocktails created by the very clever boys and girls behind the bar.

Our Head Chef, David Johns, has over fifteen years culinary experience. He has been Head Chef at 'Brazil', 'Just Hooked' and 'la belle Helene', as well as working at 'Bather's Pavilion and 'Edna's Table' during his career.
