Restaurant/Bar: Hermitage Lodge is also home to 'Il Cacciatore', which is just a short stroll along the terrace from all rooms. 'Il Cacciatore' was awarded 'Best Italian Restaurant' for the Hunter Region in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 and again in 2005. Il Cacciatore represented Regional NSW at the National Awards in October 2004. The restaurant is open for dinner nightly from 6:00p.m and for lunch on weekends from 12:00 to 3:00p.m.
Info for Disabled: Hermitage Lodge has 2 styles of accommodation suitable for persons in wheelchairs. Both rooms have a king bed and double sofa bed and are conveniently located to both the reception and restaurant. The Lodge Room is an open plan room with verandah overlooking the vineyard. The Vineyard Spa Suite has a seperate living room with fireplace, LCD TV. The bathroom is large and luxurious with oval spa tub and double headed shower. This suite has its own undercover parking and has a deck off the living room which overlooks the vineyards.
