Ti Tree Apartments are spacious and well appointed. We have seven studio apartments, one with it's own courtyard spa, and for a luxurious home away from home, we have one 1 bedroom apartment, which has the master bedroom and bathroom in a separate, adjoining room for privacy.

All apartments feature: Fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans cutlery etc. There's a full size stove with an oven and a 3/4 fridge/freezer. Several apartments have a microwave; just request it when you book.

Studio apartments have a breakfast bar and stools, whilst the 1 bedroom apartment is much roomier and has a dining table and chairs. Each apartment has it's own off street parking and it's only a short stroll to shops and restaurants.

Ti Tree has a 3 star AAA Tourism rating and NT Tourism accreditated amd provide Housekeeping twice a week.

Ti Tree is located central to the city area, which is two to three blocks to your left as you exit our car park then a couple of blocks in front of you. To arrive at Woolworths and the bus stop, exit left from our car park, first right, left at next street and they are just down on the other side of the road. Our guest laundry contains a wide range of tour brochures in case youre running out of things to see and do; as well as taxi and rent-a-car numbers. There is a selection of maps and booklets but you cant get lost for long; Darwin is on a peninsula and the only way out (if you drove) is the way you came in, on the Stuart Highway.
Further Information
The Tour Tub is a great way to get your bearings and see the main attractions. Once you call them and book; they will give you their time table and pick you up out the front. We feel that the fish feeding at Doctors Gully is a must do; the simple pleasure of hand feeding hundreds of eager fish. Doctors Gully is a short walking distance from Ti Tree. See our guest laundry for brochures. Darwin Waterfront is just before Stokes Hill Wharf is our new wave pool where it would be a wonderful place to cool off. The Waterfront has coffee lounges, restaurants, bars and landscaped lawns to sit around and enjoy the harbour views.
Further Information
Stokes Hill Wharf is a great and economical place to dine; at nights look at the fish dining in the waters at the edge of the wharf. Most (but not all) pubs, night life and restaurants are on Mitchell Street which is three streets over from front of our car park. Most visitors are well armed with a list of the more conventional sights, but heres a few that mightnt spring to mind. Supreme Court: Dont miss seeing the entrance foyer with its mosaic from an aboriginal painting of the Milky Way; its about the size of our car park and the original artwork and explanation is on display. Parliament House: Is not the first place youd think to visit but its constructed over the site of the old Post Office which took the brunt of the first bombs to fall on Australian soil.
