Hotham is one of Australia's highest alpine villages. Built on a spectacular mountain ridge, the resort features majestic views, skiing and riding for all abilities and a huge range of activities.

The mountain has 13 lifts servicing over 80 downhill runs, from gentle beginner slopes to advanced pitches that test the best. There is also a snowsports school that caters to all levels and ages.

The village has a daycare centre, 2 spas and plenty of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. There is also a huge range of additional activities such as sunset and grooming tours, snow kiting, dog sled adventures and mini-snowmobile rides for kids.

Most guests sleep above the snowline in the heart of Hotham village. With more than 7000 on-mountain beds to suit every budget, choose from cosy lodge style accommodation through to 5 star luxury penthouse suites.

Hotham is easily accessible by road or air - Hotham Airport is just 20km from the slopes. Coaches run from Albury Airport.

Things to do: Of course there is plenty of skiing and snowboarding to be done, with 320 hectares of Australia's most diverse snowsports terrain to choose from. However there are also plenty of off-slope activities. Along with plenty of dining, shopping and partying options, try a Sparkling Sunset Tour or a Grooming Tour, or if you are feeling active, give snowshoeing, snowkiting or a dog sled ride a go. There is plenty for kids with our mountain mascot Harry performing every Wednesday and Saturday at 4pm, and mini-snowmobile rides are also a great option for the little ones. Indulge in a massage or beauty treatment at either White Spa (Hotham) or Onsen Retreat and Spa (in Dinner Plain, just 10km away). Onsen Retreat and Spa also has an indoor gymnasium complete with an indoor swimming pool.
