Situated 3½ hours drive from Perth, along the Albany Highway - Mt Barker is a short 50km north of the south coast heritage town of Albany.

Chatsfield lies to the western side of the Porongurup Ranges. Here the cool climate, with good winter rains combine with gravely loam soils to produce elegant fruit flavoured wines, with high acidity. This acidity ensures that the wines will live for many years.
