Say Cheese

SayCheese is a licensed café open for breakfast and lunch at Salamanca Square, in the historic city of Hobart. While not normally open of an evening, the premises are available for private functions. Wine and cheese tasting is a specialty.

SayCheese has a mission to provide outstanding quality local produce in the friendliest and most efficient way possible. We are passionate about our mission because passion creates commitment and commitment leads to becoming the best we can be (and we like to enjoy ourselves as well).

Our theory is that all dishes profit from the very best ingredients - especially if those ingredients are Tasmanian-grown. But "Tasmanian-made" or "Tasmanian-grown" does not of itself quality any product or ingredient for automatic inclusion on our menu. To the contrary, we have a commitment to quality and service that acknowledges no boundaries or limits.
