Riversands is a low rise waterfront holiday apartment complex set in the centre of the Sunshine Coast overlooking the Maroochy river, the southern bank of which forms a virtually unbroken stretch of parkland and picnic spots.

All units have 1 bedroom with queen beds, air conditioning and balconies overlooking the River. Some include a sofa bed in the lounge area. These can accommodate a family with up to 2 children. The bathrooms have a full bath/shower, ample vanity, storage and toilet.

Maroochydore is the commercial hub of the Sunshine Coast and home to its largest shopping centre, Sunshine Plaza. Four minutes walk away is a great hotel and restaurant complex at Maroochy Waters.

Further Information: Apartments are self catering (not serviced daily unless requested and a service fee will be charged). On site management means that there is always someone on duty to take messages and enquiries. Office hours are from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. Open Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm. Check out time is 10.00am; check in time is after 2.00pm or by prior arrangement. Riversands are keen to fit in with your travel plans so please make arrangements with Management outside these hours.
Getting There: North of Mooloolaba and south of Noosa, take the Bradman Avenue off ramp from the Sunshine Hwy and River Sands Holiday Apartments are on your left about 200 mtrs heading west to Bli Bli and David Low Way. Riversands is two doors away from the Cod Hole Store and across from the famous Maroochy Cruise Boat Jetty, in fact you can sit in unit 5 or 10 and watch the people board. Don't miss out on the fun though, ask to be booked on the Eco Cruise or the Sunday Social Cruise.
