The original bluestone wine cellar not only offers a fabulous selection of wines with the best of Tasmanian wines anywhere but can also provide a semi private meeting space for up to 16 within its original bluestone walls. Private meetings and dining for up to 14 can take place in the Georgian cottage.

The evening is when Stillwater really sings. Tables elegantly dressed in linen, fine glassware and cutlery set the scene. Waiters in chinoix style black jackets providing prompt and friendly service in an unobtrusive manner create the mood under Mel's stewardship. Then the food provides the passion.
