Ruby's beachside setting offers a truly unique experience, with uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean, from Lennox Point to Broken Head.
Rubys head chef has changed. It is now Troy Lister. They now serve good pub food, including daily specials, which they describe as "His style of fresh honest cooking with our great local produce is ready and waiting for you to enjoy." Opening hours are 12-2.30pm and 6-8.30pm. At the end of March they will begin serving breakfast. Desserts cost around $10.
The restaurant is located on the first floor of The Lennox Point Hotel, & is managed by Krystle Thorton, who provides a professional, warm and friendly dining experience that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of patron.
