The Jetty House is perfect for small groups (up to 4 couples + children) who want to have a house party in comfort. It is small enough to be fun and big enough to give everyone their privacy.

Getting There
Southport, a tiny seaside town, is just 90 minutes drive from Hobart through the beautiful Huon Valley. Whether you wish to explore the coastline and waterways, forests, mountains and wilderness or simply relax in front of a log fire or on the shady verandas, the Jetty House can be your home base. To get there you follow the A6 all the way from downtown Hobart and take are the last driveway on the right, if you get to the jetty, you have gone too far but you can see the house from there. Follow the signs from Hobart to Huonville , Geeveston, Dover and the to Southport, its about 120km.

Placed uniquely in Tasmania's southeast corner The Jetty House offers easy access to coastline forest and mountains at the edge of the world Nearby places to visit include: Hartz Mountains National Park, Tahune Airwalk, Huonville, Mystery Creek Caves ,Hastings Caves and Thermal Springs (dont forget your bathers), Dover, Cockle Creek, South West National Park, Southeast Cape(Australia's southernmost point) and South Cape Bay or just cross the lawn to the beach and collect the freshest oysters anywhere off the rocks.
