Indulge yourself by night with delicious regional food, on the stunning unspoilt South Coast, just a few kilometres from Jervis Bay. Dining under the stars at Paper Bark Camp is a memorable treat, or enjoy a romantic dinner on your own verandah, drinking in the tranquil bush setting.
The Gunyah is at the heart of the camp and raised high off the ground, amongst the treetops, to catch the breeze. A chic space, designed by Sydney architects, Nettleton Tribe, it is cooled in summer by refreshing sea breezes off the bay.
The Gunyah (Aboriginal for "meeting place" or "place of shelter") has two sides on which the doors fold back to create a large indoor/outdoor space. In winter, with the doors closed the log fire creates a warm, cosy and sociable atmosphere.
The dining room & verandah can seat up to 70 people, making it ideal for weddings in a very tranquil setting. Conference facilities and private functions are catered for.
