Please Note: Cottage 1 - The Studio Cottage, features: One queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchenette, Private courtyard with own BBQ & outdoor setting, Sleeps up to 2. Cottage 2 - Two-bedroom Cottage, features: One queen size bed in one bedroom, one queen size bed plus a single bed in the other bedroom, & a double sofa bed in lounge. Self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, large private deck with BBQ & outdoor setting, Sleeps up to seven. Cottage 3 - Two-bedroom Cottage, features: A queen size bed plus a single bed in each bedroom, Self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, Private deck with BBQ & outdoor setting, Sleeps up to eight.
Further Information: All cottages are non-smoking inside. 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, the balance is due on arrival. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Bankcard & Cash. If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of the due arrival date, the refund of the deposit is subject to the cottage being re-booked for the total tariff and period. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of due arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancelled bookings within 48 hours of due arrival date will incurr a fee of 100% of the tariff. All cancelled bookings will incur an administration fee of $30.00 per cottage deducted from all refunds. Prices are subject to confirmation when booking.
