Many South Australians have visited Nepal to trek the Himalayas and experience the unique beauty of the only Hindu Kingdom in the world. Nepali restaurants have been established in other states for some time. South Australians can now enjoy the flavours of Nepal here too.

Nepal has a population of almost 27 million people and there are many different ethnic groups. This ethnic diversity, together with the influences from India, Tibet and China, has produced a unique range of local dishes.

Sagarmatha Restaurant have prepared a menu of such authentic Nepali dishes. We also serve other popular South Asian meals including Curries, Tandoori dishes and Naan breads from the Sagarmatha charcoal clay oven. Vegetarian meal options are also available. Highly commended in MIETTA'S Best Australian Restaurants.
