Martindale Hall is a little known accommodation gem in the Clare Valley of South Australia. Set within a 45-acre conservation park, you can experience the grandeur and ambience of an authentic 19th Cent. Georgian mansion.
The guest's rooms are almost all original and consist of six with double beds, two with single beds (smaller rooms) and two larger rooms, each with two single beds. There are two modern bathrooms, each with two showers and a toilet, and two other toilets for use by guests.
Martindale Hall is about 130 kilometres north of Adelaide - an easy drive of less than two hours - amid more than 30 wineries that have helped make scenic Clare Valley one of the world's most highly regarded wine-producing regions. Many of them are small, boutique wineries offering you a taste of their delicious produce.
