If you are already in Australia, we have two commercial airports, Hamilton Island and Proserpine. Also a train station at Proserpine and Highway 1 travels just minutes west of Airlie Beach. Overseas guests should fly into either Cairns, Brisbane or Sydney for direct flights to the Whitsundays.
