The Garden Cottage is an intimate getaway, nestled in the front garden, ideal for overnight stays or a much-needed break.

The City View Cottage is contemporary luxury on 3 levels, with kitchen and gas log fire on the middle level. Downstairs is the bedroom with ensuite. The top level offers stunning views of Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay and spa.

The Penthouse Apartment is above the residence, entry is via a private external entrance, and offers a spacious Queen bedroom with a balcony overlooking the city. The Penthouse has a small kitchen and expansive bathroom with spa. The sitting room can accommodate up to 2 extra guests. It offers the same magic views of Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay.

Getting There: Melway Reference Map 66 H6. Annie Roe's is approximately 1 hour from Melbourne city. For the Dandenong Ranges, travel the Monash Freeway east from the city, take the Ferntree Gully Road exit. Continue all the way along Ferntree Gully Road to the Burwood Hwy intersection and travel straight through Upper Ferntree Gully for approx 1/2 klm; you will see the turn off to Olinda (12km's). Once in Olinda please refer to the Melway map reference Map 66 H6.
