We all know how well a nice glass of wine compliments good fresh pasta. So, what better place to learn the secrets of how to make your own delicious pasta dishes than in the beautiful Hunter Valley Wine Country of NSW.

Only two hours north of Sydney, you can indulge yourself in an afternoon of fun, enjoyment and that Italian feeling of family as you learn the authentic and traditional way of making fresh mouth watering pasta. Our classes are held at Burncroft Guest House in the picturesque Lovedale wine region and include a pasta lunch, a complimentary glass of wine and café on arrival.
