Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke so they were quick to upgrade us to a room with a lovely view of the river. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had trouble turning on the lights but again they were quick to help us, we hadn't put the key in correctly ... Read More (Date of experience: Feb, 2010 )
