I'd been here many years ago and remembered the artesian spa. From the time we arrived it was clear that here were people who not only were good at what they do, but that they like doing it! The service is excellent, the room perhaps a little dated (there is a newer wing) but very clean and had everything we needed, and the spa pools are a real social hub ...
