The Daintree Rainforest Retreat is a small boutique motel at Cow Bay, in the heart of the World Heritage listed Daintree, Cape Tribulation National Park, with spectacular wildlife and value for money accommodation.

The Daintree Rainforest Retreat suites reflect the environment in which we live, with bright airy decore, high ceilings with fans, kitchenette, comfy queen size beds or lounge chairs and cane chairs on the verandahs.

The pristine Cow Bay beach, only 5 minutes by car, a delightful bike ride of 15 minutes or a leisurely stroll of 30 minutes is typical of Far North Queensland, where the Rainforest meets the Reef.

Get away from the crowded beaches of the south, stretch out on the golden sands or sit back and enjoy the scenery near the water.

This place is set in some pretty gardens and the rooms are clean. However, the owner's attitude is just awful and ruined our holiday. The food is overpriced and below par, there are no proper cooking facilities in the self-contained apartments - just a microwave, and the owners were rude and aggressive (and very defensive) to any requests we made of them ...
