After arriving to find our booking had been lost we were offered no compensation, no apology, and were told that it was our fault for reasons the manager seemed to be pulling out of thin air! Three days before arriving I tried ringing to confirm our accommodation but was unable to get through, only offered a recording saying everything I needed was available through their website which is obviously not true ...
