Situated on the beach at Karumba Point, Jay Seas Holiday Units offer truly unique accommodation facilities. Karumba Point is where the outback reaches to sea, and you couldn't find a more peaceful place to relax if you travelled the world.

Jay Seas Holiday Units have 3 fully self contained units with a queen bed and 2 single beds in each room, all linen is supplied along with a 4 burner stove, frypan saucepans and all utensils.

After a long day of fishing you can relax on the balcony to view the sunset or have a BBQ or take a swim in the salt-water pool. There is a fish cleaning area and freezing facilities for the ones that didn't get away. If there is anything else you require your resident owners/hosts Dusty and Jeff are only too happy to help.

Local Area: The Sunset Tavern is within walking distance for a quite drink and a good meal; they supply the freshest seafood you could ask for. Across the street is the best fish and chips this side of anywhere. Then the mini-mart is just on the other side of the street, and boat hire, and a boat ramp are only 500 metres down the beach. What more could you want!
