Situated in Augusta in the Margaret River region, Mayflower Bed and Breakfast overlooks both the Blackwood River and the Southern Ocean. Mayflower is a double storey residence with guest accommodation on the top floor to maximise their view.

Guests stay in spacious bedrooms both containing en-suites with spa baths. Guests have access to kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities. There is also a fridge for drinks. Our lounge has TV & VCR with books and magazines. Both bedrooms have access to verandas, with outdoor setting for their use. It is a short stroll to town centre.

The other amenities include large lounge area with television and video machine or choice of books from our library. We also have kitchenette wit tea and coffee making facilities. The house is situated within five minutes walking distance from town and all shopping and most of our restaurants.

Further Information: The Wale watching season is from June until the end of September and as we overlook Flinders Bay, I have supplied a telescope to use from the balcony. If you want to get closer still Natualist Charters operate most days if the weather is not to bad. WE also provide a pick up service from the bus stop for people wishing to complete the Cape to Cape walk. After an overnight stay we will take them to the starting piont( Leeuwin Lighthouse)
