This lovely property comprises of only 7 modern studio style apartments each with a private balcony or patio and private courtyard, with beautifully landscaped gardens around the pool, sauna , spa and outside BBQ.

We are only a 10 minute drive to the world famous Penguin Parade and Phillip Island Racing Circuit, Cowes Golf Course is a short drive away and a leisurely 20 minute walk along the beach or a 5 minute drive takes you to the heart of Cowes Township.

Things to do: 10mins drive to Penguin Parade, seal rocks and Grand Prix track. 1.5 km to shops & restaurants (or stroll along the beach to town in just 20mins), to sample delicious food to tempt even the fussiest eater. Phillip Island features some of the best surf beaches in the world and is also the home of the Historic Cars, World Super Bikes, Moto GP and V8 Super Cars. There is also a great range of out-door activities for children to enjoy: -Bike hire, go-karts, water slide etc.
