Modern Australian cuisine is the forte at Bistro Lilly. Mark Walsh, the head chef with 7 years experience heading a team in New Zealand, has a menu that is sure to delight. The menu at Bistro Lilly is changed monthly to ensure only the freshest, seasonal produce is used in the fare.

Bistro Lilly is located in the heart of Sydney's historical Rocks area at the Observatory Tower. Diners and guests can select from indoor or outdoor settings, or, if it is favoured a drink at the cosy lounge bar to slow down.

A private dining room is on offer for those who desire a venue for an occasion, be it corporate or celebratory. Bistro is also fully licensed and has a fantastic wine list, however, diners are welcome to bring along personal favourites.
