With spectacular views over Shelly Beach and the Richmond River from most apartments, Grandview Apartments provide quality 4 star self contained beachfront accommodation in East Ballina, just 3 minutes walk to the surf, cafes and cycle/walkways.

Grandview Apartments are air-conditioned, 2 or 3-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Three bedroom apartments sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and two single beds. Two bedroom apartments have either: 2 queen beds, or one queen and two singles in the second bedroom. All apartments have 2 bathrooms and a spa bath. Grandview also has 2 Deluxe Penthouses each sleeping 6, with majestic views of the river and ocean, huge wrap-around decks, BBQ and large living space.

The complex has a swimming pool with a heated spa and a gym for the enjoyment of guests. There's underground secure parking and broadband access and Austar included in the tariff. As mangers we are on site to greet you and make your stay enjoyable.

Things to do: Grandview Apartments, just 20 minutes along the coast south from Byron Bay and an hour and a half from the Gold Coast theme parks. The area has a raft of water activities including surfing, fishing, diving and snorkelling. Also handy to 3 great golf courses. From Grandview you can tour the natural beauty of the semi-tropical Northern Rivers hinterland, visit local markets and sample local coffee and macadmia nuts. All this and you return at the end of your day to enjoy spectacular evening views from the deck of your apartment. During the season you can whale watch from your apartment or, for a closer look take one of the dolphin/whale watch boats trip. Ballina Golf course is just two ks from Grandview, or spend your time at a relaxing day spa. Handy to coastal cylce and walkways.
