Pukara Estate

Located in the beautiful Upper Hunter Valley in the heart of one of Australia's best known premium winegrowing regions, Pukara Estate is dedicated to growing premium olives.

Neighbouring vineyards, such as Rosemount's Roxburgh Estate, produce some of the world's finest wines. Our thriving olive trees are nourished by the rich alluvial soils of the property. Our varieties include the Italian favourites Frantoio, Leccino, Corregiola and Coratina as well as the popular Spanish variety Picual, Barnea from Israel and Korreneiki from Greece.

Pukara Estate is bordered by the Barrington Tops National Park to the north and the world heritage listed Wollemi National Park to the south. This pristine catchment area supplies the Hunter River which flows through Pukara Estate providing our trees with a healthy supply of water for their growing needs.
