Bayview Estate is a boutique winery situated in the famous Mornington Peninsula wine growing region. Bayview Estate is situated high on the hills of Main Ridge with spectacular views across Port Phillip Bay and the countryside.

Bayview Estate Winery was established in 1974 by the Burford Family. More than a decade of experience goes into making Bayview Estate Vineyard wines, which are only produced in years when the quality of the grapes is considered to be outstanding. All wines are made and produced by Chief Winemaker, Mr. Andrew Hickinbotham.

Details

History: The winery cellar door has been transformed from an Old Dairy Shed, that was built in 1915. Both wine and beer can be purchased in the shed along with cheese platters and snacks. The vineyard annually produces about 45,000 cases. Virtually all the wine produced is sold on site at the cellar door, in the restaurant and from selected retailers and restaurants. Bayview Estate produces a range of distinctive wines; representing outstanding quality and value, both the Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon are exceptional wines.
