Beerenberg Strawberry Farm

Beerenberg is situated at the eastern end of the main street of Hahndorf, amongst the beautiful scenery perpetuated by the paintings of Sir Hans Heysen. Grant and Carol Paech continue the horticultural tradition, which began in 1839. Beerenberg kitchens produce jams, pickles, chutneys, mustards, marinades and sauces to old Hahndorf recipes.

During the strawberry season from October to May. Pick your own strawberries, entrance AUD2.00 per adult. Children 14 years and under are free. See the Jam Kitchen adjacent to the shop. Enjoy the taste treats of our shop, open seven days a week except Christmas Day. See the historic old half timbered barn constructed in the 1840s.

Taste our new no sugar added jams plus many more jams and condiments from our Farmer's Choice range, available only from our shop on the farm. New products are mint jelly, apple sauce, mustard pickle and four varieties of no sugar added fruit spreads.
