The Big Bit Lookout affords extensive views up and down the coast and out to the Budawang mountains in the west. You can also see glimpses of Durras Lake and other waterways.

Big Bit Lookout is great for early morning visits and is the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean and then to return to in the evening to catch the blazing sunset over the ranges.

Getting There
Follow the Princes Highway north of Batemans Bay for around 14kms. Just after you pass a large layby and rest area, you will reach the Big Bit Lookout turnoff on your left. If you come to Benandarah's garage, you have gone too far, go back 500metres!
