Catherine Vale Wines are made exclusively from grapes grown by Bill and Wendy Lawson at their Catherine Vale Vineyard in the Hunter Valley, NSW. Bill and Wendy carry out their own vineyard work and are passionate about producing quality wine grapes.

Eight acres of Chardonnay and Semillon grapes were planted in 1993 and have produced excellent vintages. Two acres of Verdelho and the Italian red grape varieties Dolcetto and Barbera were added in 1998, with wine produced from 2002 onwards. All wines are made from 100% estate grown fruit. The best fruit is used for premium wines under the Catherine Vale label and the remainder sold on the open market.

Pay picturesque Catherine Vale a visit, and enjoy the cellar door and a picnic or barbecue on the grounds.
