Endeavour Museum

Endeavour museum is an historical museum set in the original Wollombi courthouse.

Exhibits in the museum are of a wide variety and reflect everyday life in the area. There are artifacts relating to mining and farming as well as many household items.

A major part of the collection is devoted to clothing dating from the 19th century, the largest and most varied collection of books, clothing, china, photos, and furniture. The second hand piano bought in london in the 1850's is the centre piece.

Wollombi is an historical village in a rural setting with manysandstone buildings of which the Endeavour museum is one (dates from 1866).
