Fighter World is the world's first fighter display There is a comprehensive display of the history of the Royal Australian Airforce. Sit in the mirage cockpit and work the controls, feel what it is like to be a pilot.

Compare how technology has improved in a short time by first looking at a vampire jet fighter then at a mirage jet fighter. If you like mechanics then marvel at the different types of engines on show. The Rolls Royce Merlin has pride of place in this section.

See the huge photographic display, the whole history of the Royal Australian Air Force is there to be looked at. Go up to the observation area and watch today's planes flying.

Free parking, free picnic area, restaurant and convention facility. Group tours of the RAAF base available Monday to Friday (must provide own bus).
