The Brennan & Geraghty Store is a large grocery store, operated by one family from 1871 - 1972. The trust acquired the shop with contents, which are displayed on the shelves. The interior is very intact and is typical of many all purpose stores that were once located throughout Queensland. Contents range from unsold stock from the 1890's to 1920's advertising material.
The museum's exhibits include business letters and trading records, curry powder from the 1890s, soap, advertising material and items from over a 100 year period.
Brennan & Geraghty's Store Museum is usually open seven days a week from 10am until 3pm but is closed during mid February for maintenance work.
