Montalto boasts a 30 acre vineyard and over 1500 olive trees. And thats just the start, theres also an organic herb and vegetable garden, a berry garden and a fruit and nut grove. So its no wonder that the restaurant offers guests a divine, fresh menu.

There is an abundance of wildlife, with over 90 species inhabiting the natural wetlands surrounding Montalto. With boardwalks set up to make exploring the wetlands more accessible and a walk that takes in the kitchen gardens, vines, olives, wetlands and sculptures, its a great place to spend a day exploring and being treated to fresh, organic delicacies.
