Capel Vale owns and operates seven vineyards in the four EU registered growing areas in South Western Australia, in total 500 acres. Each vineyard grows the most appropriate fruit appropriate for the climate and terrain. The winemaking philosophy is to make intensely fruit driven, complex, powerful, yet elegant wines, from the best regions in Western Australia.

Cape Vale's cellar door and tasting area is open from 10 am to 4 pm daily. A visit to our cellar door is well rewarded with the opportunity to sample and enjoy our range of wines while browsing through our large selection of Capel Vale merchandise and taking in the Stirling Estate vineyard panorama. Friendly staff will guide you through the selection of wines available for tasting and sale.

Getting There: Capel Vale's Winery, bottling line, warehouse, tasting cellar and Cafe Capel Vale are all located at Capel Vale's Stirling Vineyard in Capel, Western Australia. The Winery is located approximately two hundred kilometres south of Perth, between the townships of Bunbury and Busselton. Travelling south from Perth along Bussell Highway, turn right at Stirling Road, which is opposite the entrance to Capel township. Capel Vale Cellar Door and Restaurant is located just 1 km along Mallokup Road.
Restaurant/Bar: With an ever-changing menu sourced from the freshest regional produce, Capel Vale Winery Restaurant offers you the ultimate winery experience complete with a unique vineyard panorama. Cafe Cape Vale's menu showcases the freshest of the region's seasonal produce with simple, elegant food as the ideal accompaniment to a Capel Vale wine. Tastefully decorated, the ambience is completed with light background music and sweeping views of the vineyard. Cafe Capel Vale offers morning and afternoon tea, lunches and all day grazing plates from 10 am.
