Donaghys Lookout offers a spectacular window into the wilderness of the Wild Rivers National Park. Dominating the skyline is the quartzite half dome of Frenchmans Cap, a challenging bushwalk.

Enjoy wildernessviews of mountaintops, like soaring Frenchmans Cap, and the Franklin River from the lookout. The 40-minute return walk from the Lyell Highway, between the Franklin and Collingwood Rivers, climbs a small hill at an easy grade to a sheltered, rocky viewpoint.
