Roma Street Parkland is a garden-lover's paradise with distinct precincts showing off diversity of plants - from arid climate succulents to rainforest ferns, coastal wetland species and a spectacular, ever-changing display of annuals in the aptly named Spectacle Garden.

Part of the greater Brisbane plan, the Parkland is the first in a series of projects transforming the western edge of Brisbane's Central Business District and is a vital link in the city's circle of green, encompassing the City Botanic Gardens and South Bank Parklands.

Wide-open spaces perfect for a picnic or barbecue, children's play stations, unique artwork and fabulous city views ensure there's something for everyone. Explore it on foot or catch a train ride… it's yours to enjoy.

Roma Street Parkland features a variety of exciting and colourful gardens, people places and areas for rest, relaxation and special moments. Brochures including self-guided walks around the Parkland are available from the Activity Centre. There's also an information booth at the back of Spectacle Garden.

Melange café, Roma Street Parkland's licensed café offers a wide variety of fast and fresh food ranging from cold drinks, ice creams, espressos, and gourmet sandwiches to a full a la carte menu. Or there are barbeques throughout the Parkland, available free of charge to the public for picnics.

Come and visit the beautiful Roma Street Park where there's something for everyone.
