A visit to Butterflies Gallery in the NSW Hunter Valley is a unique experience. Set in a beautiful cottage garden and framed by the magnificent Brokenback Mountain Range, the Gallery provides an interesting diversion from your tour of the wineries.
Butterflies Gallery has changing exhibitions and displays of the finest contemporary, traditional and decorative work from Australian artists and craftspeople. The Gallery is a peaceful place to browse and appreciate these wonderful, original works.
Cafe Crocodile (adjacent to Butterflies Gallery) serves delicious light luncheons, Devonshire teas and freshly baked cakes. B.Y.O. is welcome. The Restaurant is also open for Dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 6.30pm. Restaurant is air conditioned and has an open fire.

- Pokolbin, in the heart of the Hunter Valley, is Australia's oldest commerical Wine Producing Area with many large and small wineries. It has a wide range of tourist activities from antiques and souvenirs to restaurants and hot air ballooning. Being just 2hrs from Sydney this wine area is popular with Sydneysiders taking a short break or day trip.
