Please Note: Just like the early days of this great Queensland icon, you can enter the Lorikeet Arena and feed the colourful birds for a gold coin donation. Segway Safaris run in the Arena, with 10 minute rides and 50 minute tours of Currumbin available without purchasing park entry. You can also explore the retail outlets and enjoy fresh local produce for breakfast, lunch or dinner at Cafe Sanctuary. There is no entry charge to visit for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Sanctuary. The arena precinct will become the centre of a refurbished dining and retail experience, while also providing a venue for free community events and entertainment.
Things to do: Green Challenge Adventure Parc: the challenge starts in the lush surroundings of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and features 65 challenges over 4 courses, including rope bridges, swings, ladders and flying foxes. Wildnight Adventure: after dark, Currumbin comes alive with activity. It's all in a fully guided, absolutely fascinating 2.5 hour Wildnight Adventure you must experience at least once in your life. Segway Safaris: Glide gently through the lush surroundings of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on a Segway Safari, guided by one of our experienced wildlife keepers. 50 minute and 10 minute Segway Safari options are available, departing from the Lorikeet Arena. Cafe Sanctuary: offers local, fresh food as well as wildlife encounters and Aboriginal cultural performances.

This place was fantastic. It puts our local zoo to shame. The animal enclosures are so spacious. The kangaroos/ animals come up to you for a pat. My children loved it. the train is also a great idea for tired legs that can't go any further ... Read More
