Both tram 86 and 96 to the Museum and Royal Exhibition Building stop at the corner of Nicholson and Gertrude Streets. Take the free City Circle Tram to Carlton Gardens. An easy walk from Parliament Train Station. Take the free Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle service to stop 1 on Rathdowne Street.
Entry Fees
Open daily 10am 5pm. Closed Good Friday and Christmas Day. Adult $8, Concession and Children free entry. Discounts available for joint tickets with IMAX. Additional charges may apply for temporary exhibitions. See What's On for further details.
