Spring Gully Olives

Spring Gully Olives is located on a five hectare property in the South Burnett Region of South East Queensland on predominantly forest soils.

Spring Gully has its own oil processing equipment and uses the Italian designed Olivia, which by its gentle action and heat controlled operation ensures that the oil does not reach those temperatures at which the essential, volatile components are lost.

The olive press can be visited by prior arrangement and tastings of the olive products are available for groups and individuals.
