Surveyor's Hill Winery Bed and Breakfast offers visitors wine, food, and self-contained cottage accommodation. Set in the tranquil Murrumbidgee Valley, Surveyor's Hill Winery Bed and Breakfast is only 20 minutes from Canberra city.
The 1930s homestead style cottage has many unique features including two double bedrooms with queen beds, excellent kitchen, open fire in lounge room and heating throughout. The cottage is private and stands 60 metres away from the main house in a charming bushland setting.
Surveyor's Hill Winery Bed and Breakfast is set in ACT's serene Hall Wallaroo district, gateway to the national capital. The beautiful 225 acre property overlooks the Murrumbidgee River on the slope of Surveyor's Hill. This historic property is planted with 25 acres of vines.

- Gourmet food prepared by your restaurant-trained hosts is a much loved feature for those guests who choose to dine in the privacy of the cottage dining room. Wherever possible farm, local or daily market produce (including our own organically grown beef and lamb) is used to create meals which have been commended in the Sydney Morning Herald and Age newspapers! Choose from a unique selection of international flavours.

- Cellar door sales include: Chardonnay, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Touriga and Shiraz. Surveyors Hill 2006 Riesling was awarded the Trophies for Top Riesling and Top Dry White Wine in the 2006 Canberra Region Wine Show.

With the totally scrumptious food (prepared in the kitchen right next to us and cleaned away so you didn't even know they'd been there) we couldn't fit another thing in!
